二、結構及工作原理
該設備為臥軸式表面曝氣設備，每塊盤片由兩個半圓形的盤片用法蘭與主軸相聯接，均勻地布置于主軸上，盤片表面密布有梯形凸塊主圓形凹坑和通氣孔；當驅動裝置主軸轉動并帶動盤片開始旋轉，對污水進行充分攪拌、推流和混合作用；由于盤片的特殊表面可以增加帶入水體的空氣量，并強行切割氣泡，從而大大提高充氧能力。
三、主要特點
驅動裝置采用立式戶外電機，并采用圓錐圓柱齒輪減速機，齒輪為硬齒輪，具有承載力大、結構緊湊、體積小、重量輕；采用彈性柱銷齒式聯軸器，傳遞扭距大、體積小，允許一定的徑向和角度誤差，安裝簡單；盤片采用增強型聚丙烯或高強度輕質玻璃鋼壓制成型，具有強度高、耐磨蝕、剛性好、耐熱性好等優點；尾部采用調心軸承及游動支座，可以克服安裝誤差，自動調心，能補償轉碟軸因溫差引起的伸縮，保證正常運行；
