保存條件: Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
脆性*三聯體抗體,Anti-FHIT抗體產品介紹:Glucose-6-phosphatase (G6Pase) is a multi-subunit integral membrane protein of the endoplasmic reticulum that is composed of a catalytic subunit and transporters for G6P, inorganic phosphate, and glucose. This gene (G6PC) is one of the three glucose-6-phosphatase catalytic-subunit-encoding genes in human: G6PC, G6PC2 and G6PC3. Glucose-6-phosphatase catalyzes the hydrolysis of D-glucose 6-phosphate to D-glucose and orthophosphate and is a key enzyme in glucose homeostasis, functioning in gluconeogenesis and glycogenolysis. Mutations in this gene cause glycogen storage disease type I (GSD1). This disease, also known as von Gierke disease, is a metabolic disorder characterized by severe hypoglycemia associated with the accumulation of glycogen and fat in the liver and kidneys.
初次體液免疫是指宿主*次接觸外來TD抗原后血清中逐漸出現抗原特異性抗體的過程。初次體液免疫應答的延遲相(從抗原免疫到抗體水平達到高峰的時間)為6-10天,起初幾天血清中的抗原特異性抗體主要為親和力較低的IgM,后期以IgG為主。初次應答過程的血清中抗原特異性抗體的高峰濃度較低且維持時間較短。再次體液免疫應答是指曾被某抗原免疫過的宿主再次接觸該抗原時血清中迅速出現抗原特異性抗體的過程,其延遲相僅為4-5天,血清抗體以IgG為主,其高峰濃度較高且維持時間較長。再次應答所產生的抗體還有親和力成熟現象,即該抗體與抗原的親和力明顯高于初次應答產生的抗體。(上海研盟生物科技有限公司)
免疫應答過程:
1.抗原進入機體;
2.抗原刺激 B淋巴細胞,使之分化增殖成為抗體分泌漿細胞和記憶細胞(初次免疫應答);
3.抗體主要由漿細胞分泌 ;
4.記憶細胞再次受到特異性抗原刺激后會被激活而成為分泌抗體的漿細胞(再次免疫應答);
5.記憶B細胞是長命細胞,可以存活數月甚至機體終生 。
