BS 7069 NFD21-511標準博萊德鍋子耐磨試驗機
1.依據BS 7069 NFD21-511及相關標準設計，主要應用于認證機構，炊具公司實驗室試驗產品使用。
2.使用220V電壓，50HZ,調速電動馬達。
3.用于圓珠筆芯來試驗不沾鍋涂層耐磨損試驗。
4.用方法交用夾具鎖緊，鍋的底面應與電爐表面*接觸，裝好3支圓珠夂芯（7069版本劃傷只采用單筆芯）的工作組件與不沾鍋內涂層表面平行，并以自身重力下壓使其*接觸。
5.工作臺以一定的頻率來回轉動鍋，同時試驗組件以一定的周期正轉和反轉（根據各標準而定）使圓珠在不粘鍋涂層耐磨目的。
6.測試周期zui大周期10萬次，預設測試周期到后機器自動停止并報警。
7.以上試驗方法由客戶使用標準而自定或由我司提供試驗方法及試驗輔助。

2. Use 220V voltage, 50HZ, speed regulating electric motor.

3. Used in the ball pen core to test the test of non-stick coating wear resistance.

4. Use the method of fixture for locking, pot bottom should certainly contact surface of the furnace, and packed three round bead 夂 core (7069 version cut only with one cartridge) working components and non-stick pan coating surface parallel to and by its own gravity down full contact.

The table is rotating the pan back and forth at a certain frequency, while the test component turns and reverses (depending on the criteria) for the wear-resisting purpose of the non-stick coating.

6. The maximum cycle of the test cycle is 100,000 times, and the preset test cycle will automatically stop and call the police after the test cycle arrives.

7. The above test methods shall be provided by the customer using the standard and the test method and test assistance shall be provided by our company.
