Grease Separator Plant Ready for Connection:
成品油脂分離器設備包含以下連接:
■ Housing and bottom part of stainless steel, material grade 1.4301 (SS 304);
不銹鋼(等級SS304)外殼和底座;
■ With heating cartridge on upper cone to homogenize the grease, 230 V / 1.5 kW;
帶電加熱氈, 覆蓋于設備上錐部, 使油脂呈均勻液化狀態,230V / 1.5kw;
■ Inlet / Outlet DN…according to DIN EN 877 - SML pipe;
入口/出口DN…為SML管(排水鑄鐵管)接口, 符合DIN EN 877標準;

■ With ball valve (manual operation) DN 50 for grease and sludge extraction, collecting containers 60 liter for grease and
sediment sludge, cover with hose connection;
帶DN50 球閥(手動控制), 分別控制油脂和污泥的抽取, 并排放至2 個60 升的廢油和廢渣收集桶, 該桶蓋上設有軟管連接口;
■ 2 replacement containers 60 liter capacity with cover;
2 個60 升帶蓋子的替換收集桶;
■ Agitating device with 1-phase A.C. motor in bottom part of housing, 230 V / 90 W;
在該分離器底部設有由單相電機驅動的攪拌裝置, 230V / 90w;
■ Manual diaphragm pump to increase pressure for grease draw off;
手動隔膜泵, 可提升壓力以利于油脂的分離排放;
■ Grease extraction and ventilation bridge;
設有通氣橋, 保證進出水口和容器內部的空氣流通;
■ Electric connection 230 V / 50/60 Hz / 1.6 kW.
