DTRO profile
DTRO is short for dish type reverse osmosis. The core of dish type reverse osmosis system is dish type membrane column. DTRO membrane column is specially designed for high concentration water source with open channel, which is suitable for all kinds of water source. Because there is a relatively wide channel (1.3mm) between the diaphragm and the guide plate, the SDI value of wastewater entering the membrane group can reach 20. The special structure and hydraulics of the DTRO components make the membrane pack easy to clean and avoid fouling and other membrane fouling.
DTRO membrane component has the structure of the membrane have completely different with the traditional volume type, membrane module with open port, the material liquid through the entrance into the pressure vessel, from the passage between the guide plate and shell port on the other side of the membrane module, at the other end of flange, material liquid through eight channels into the guide plate, liquid processed in the shortest distance quickly through the filter membrane, and then 180 ° turned to another membrane surface, and from the center of the guide plate slot into a guide plate, thus formed on the membrane surface by the guide plate of circumference of a circle to the circle center, and then to the circumference of a circle, and then to the center of the circle double "S" shape, The concentrate finally flows out of the feed end flange.
The core of the DTRO system is the disc membrane column, which is composed of a set of hydraulic discs and reverse osmosis membrane closely assembled into a cylinder by means of stainless steel tubes with screw teeth at both ends. The membrane column is 200 mm in diameter and 1500 mm in length and consists of 210 guide discs and 209 diaphragms.
DTRO system consists of: disc pipe reverse osmosis membrane, high-pressure pump, pump, pressure regulating valve, solenoid valve, the water salinity water meter, water meter, pressure gauge, pressure gauge, switch and lamp, giving water into online PH, conductivity meter, automatic, manual electric control and PLC system, its own central control computer and equipment at the scene of touch screen can realize the control of the process.
The advancements of the dish tube reverse osmosis membrane treatment system lie in:
1) Due to the special hydrodynamic design of DTRO membrane group, it is suitable for the treatment of wastewater with high turbidity and high sand coefficient. For a general roll-type reverse osmosis system, the sludge concentration index (SDI) and sand content coefficient of the wastewater entering the membrane group cannot exceed 3. Due to the relatively wide passage between the DTRO diaphragm and the guide plate, the SDI value of the wastewater entering the membrane group can reach 20, and the sand coefficient can also reach 40.
2) The scale formation of DTRO membrane group is less, the membrane fouling is reduced, and the service life of reverse osmosis membrane is prolonged. The special structure and hydraulics of the DTRO make the membrane set easy to clean and avoid fouling and other membrane fouling, thus extending the membrane life. Diaphragm life for DTRO can be up to 3-5 years or more, which is not possible for conventional roll-type reverse osmosis systems.
3) DTRO processing system is simple in installation and maintenance, convenient in operation and high in automation. Because the pipes and spare parts used in DTRO system are mostly standard parts, it is convenient to install and maintain.
First-class automated operating system: whether the vitality of a system can last for a long time is inseparable from the advantages and disadvantages of its operation management mode. The system is very sensitive to the operating pressure, medium conductivity, pH value, pressure difference and other technical indicators, good operating system and management mode will make the diaphragm service life extended, reduce the operating cost.
