■ CQF工程塑料磁力泵類型含義：
CQF型工程塑料磁力驅動離心泵（簡稱工程塑料磁力泵），一般由電動機，磁力偶合器和工程塑料離心泵構成。其首要特點是運用磁力偶合器傳遞動力，無泄漏，當電動機股動磁力偶合器的外磁鋼旋轉時，磁力線穿過間隙和阻隔套，作用于內磁鋼上，使泵轉子與電動機同步旋轉，無機械觸摸地傳遞扭矩。在泵軸的動力輸入端，因為液體被封閉在停止的阻隔套內，沒有動密封因此無泄漏。CQ系列磁力泵型式及基本參數契合JB／TQ786－89《小型磁力驅動離心泵型式與基本參數》規范和《小型磁力驅動離心泵三個規范的補充規定》。 ■ CQF工程塑料磁力泵功能參數：
■ CQF工程塑料磁力泵裝置與運用： 一、磁力泵應水平裝置，不宜豎立，塑料泵不得接受管路分量，關于特殊筆直裝置的場合，電機必須朝上。 二、當抽吸液面高于泵軸心線時，起動前翻開吸入管道閥門即可，若抽吸液面低于泵軸心線時，管道需配底閥。 三、泵運用前應進行檢查，電機風葉滾動要靈敏，無卡住及反常聲響，各緊固件要緊固。 四、查電機旋轉方向是不是與磁力泵轉向符號一致。 五、電機發動后,緩慢翻開排出閥,待泵進入正常作業狀況后,再將排出閥調到所需開度。 六、泵停止作業前,應先封閉排出閥門,然后封閉吸入管閥門。 ■ CQF工程塑料磁力泵運用注意事項： 一、因磁力泵軸承的冷卻和光滑是靠被運送的介質，所以禁止空工作，一起防止在作業中途停電后再發動時所形成載時空載工作。 二、當抽吸液面高于泵軸心線時，起動前翻開吸入管道閥門即可，若抽吸液面低于泵軸心線時，管道需配底閥 三、泵運用中環境應小于40℃、電機溫升不得超越75℃。 四、被運送的介質及其溫度應在泵材答應范圍內。工程塑料磁力泵的運用溫度＜60℃，金屬泵的運用溫度小于100℃，運送吸入壓力不大 于0.2MPa，作業壓力1.6MPa、密度不大于1600kg/m3,粒度不大于30×10-6m2/S的不含硬顆料和纖維的液體。 五、關于運送液為易沉積結晶的介質，運用后應及時清潔，排凈泵內積液。 六、磁力泵運轉500小時后，應拆軸承和端面動環的磨損狀況若軸承和軸套的間隙大于0.5~1mm,葉輪軸向竄動1.5~2mm時，應更 換軸承和軸向動環。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
