鈮酸鋰(LiNbO3)晶體是重要的光電材料,是集成光學、非線性光學、光電子元器件等領域中應用廣泛,重要的基片材料之一。目前,鈮酸鋰晶體被廣泛應用在聲表面波、、激光調Q、光陀螺、光參量振蕩、光參量放大、光全息存儲等器件中,這些器件在手機、電視機、光通訊、激光測距、電場探測器等器件中發揮著重要的作用。
我們生產的鈮酸鋰單晶薄膜,其晶格結構為單晶,保持了體材料的物理性質,直徑為3英寸,上層鈮酸鋰單晶薄膜厚度為0.3-0.7微米,中層是1微米厚二氧化硅(SiO2), 下面是0.5毫米厚鈮酸鋰晶片襯底。

3、信息存儲領域,可實現高密度信息存儲,一片3英寸薄膜的信息存儲容量為70T(相當于10萬張CD)
LiNbO3 crystal is one of the most important substrate materials and is widely used in the fields of integrated optics, non-linear optics and optoelectronic components.
1.Integrated optics, such as photonic wires, optical s, electro-optically tunable microring resonators, and optical detectors. The size of the devices made on our products could be reduced more than one million times, the integrated level would be greatly enhanced, the consumption of the power would be lower, the performance would be more stable,meanwhile, the cost would be reduced greatly.
2.High-density data storage. the capacity of a piece of lithium tantalate thin film can reach to 70 Tbit, the equivalent of 100,000 CD.
