1. Valve design and manufacturing conform ANSIB16.34, E101 standard, and can be directly supporting the use of imported equipment
2 branch pipe connections at both ends of welded connections, weld groove processing according to user requirements;
3 valve sealing surface of the valve seat using Slite (SLITE) cobalt-based alloy cladding made ??of sealing surface wear resistance, high temperature resistance, high hardness, corrosion resistance, good anti-abrasion performance and long service life ;
4. The valve chamber by pressure from tight seal structure, the cavity pressure on the higher the better sealing performance.
5 Stem quenched and surface nitriding treatment, there is a good imitation of corrosion and scratch resistance.
6 Body, bonnet has enough rigidity, smooth channel, fluid resistance;
7 bonnet stuffing reasonable depth, fillers plus inhibitor, reliable sealing.
