產品簡介:
血清是研究人和動物蛋白質組的重要樣本，但由于白蛋白占血清總蛋白質的60%左右，會對其它低豐度蛋白的檢測造成了極大的干擾，因此，有效去除血清白蛋白是更好地鑒定其他的蛋白的先決條件之一。本產品就是專門用于有效去除血清白蛋白的產品，可以使用50次，每次可以處理20μL的血清樣品。
血清白蛋白清除劑ZIKER子科現貨供應產品特點:
1. 簡單，不需要除離心機以外的特殊儀器設備，可平行處理多個樣品。
2. 高效，一次能有效去除60%左右的白蛋白，有利于檢測低豐度蛋白。

注意事項
1. 在取血清樣品之前，需要對血清進行在4℃，15000 g 離心15 min，去除沉淀和上層的脂質層，以減少對下游操作的干擾。
2. 冷凍干燥沉淀后待用可以放置在-80℃的環境中保存數月之久。
3. 將冷凍干燥沉淀用于PAGE電泳和MS等分析時，必須將樣品充分懸浮，以防止樣品蛋白質點數的減少。同時采用含有Urea、thiourea、SB3-10 等強溶解能力試劑的溶解液有助于沉淀蛋白的*溶解。
4. 操作必須在低溫條件下進行，同時操作必須保持連續性，以保持實驗結果的重復性.
