基本描述:
Polyethylenimine HCl MAX, Linear, Mw 40,000(PEI 40,000)是熱賣產品線性化聚乙烯亞胺PEI25,000的升級產品,不同之處在于1)*水解(去乙酰化);2)PEI25,000的鹽酸鹽形式,具更高的水溶特性;3)含更長連續性乙烯亞胺(ethyleneimine)片段,其質子化氮水平比PEI25,000提高11%以上。本品經堿中和后,可轉化為線性化自由胺(PEI),此時分子量正相當于25,000。
Thomas M,et al(2005)研究數據表明,去乙酰化的PEI 40,000(Polyethylenimine MAX 40,000)體外質粒DNA轉染效率提高21倍,小鼠體內靶向效率達到10,000倍,隨之肺部特異療效顯示增強1500倍。
