物流冷庫

功能由傳統(tǒng)冷庫的“低溫倉儲(chǔ)"型向“流通型"、“冷鏈物流配送"型轉(zhuǎn)變，其設(shè)施按照低溫配送區(qū)域的使用要求進(jìn)行建造。體現(xiàn)在：

（1）、建有低溫穿堂、封閉式站臺(tái)并設(shè)置電動(dòng)滑升式冷藏門、防撞柔性密封口、站臺(tái)高度調(diào)節(jié)裝置（升降平臺(tái)），實(shí)現(xiàn)“門對(duì)門"式裝卸作業(yè)已成為現(xiàn)代化物流冷庫的標(biāo)志。

（2）、貨物進(jìn)出頻繁、吞吐量大，根據(jù)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的需要設(shè)置專門的理貨間（區(qū)），理貨區(qū)的溫度一般控制在0～+7℃。

（3）的制冷系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)更加注重環(huán)保和節(jié)能要求。庫房溫度控制范圍寬，冷卻設(shè)備的選型、布置和風(fēng)速場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)考慮適用多種貨物的冷藏要求。配有完善的庫溫自動(dòng)檢測(cè)、記錄和自動(dòng)控制裝置。

（4）、建立完善的計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)，使冷藏供應(yīng)鏈配送管理科學(xué)化，做到食品的可追溯性。在歐盟、美國和日本，食品供應(yīng)鏈中的所有企業(yè)都有實(shí)施追溯系統(tǒng)的法定義務(wù)。

（5）、冷凍冷藏倉儲(chǔ)方式開始向貨架式、托盤化轉(zhuǎn)變，以實(shí)現(xiàn)貨物按“先出"的原則進(jìn)行管理，有利于提高商品貯藏質(zhì)量和減少損耗。

（6）、立體自動(dòng)化冷庫采用計(jì)算機(jī)管理，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)庫內(nèi)裝卸和堆垛及庫溫控制、制冷設(shè)備運(yùn)行全自動(dòng)化，庫內(nèi)不需任何操作人員。采用計(jì)算機(jī)管理，能隨時(shí)提供庫存貨物的品名、數(shù)量、貨位和庫溫履歷、自動(dòng)結(jié)算保管費(fèi)用和開票等，提高了管理效率，并大大減少了管理人員。我公司按照整體性、綜合性構(gòu)成原則，綜合考慮客戶服務(wù)目標(biāo)、物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)、節(jié)點(diǎn)布局、倉儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)、運(yùn)輸管理、運(yùn)營模式、管理組織等因素，結(jié)合冷藏技術(shù)對(duì)物流冷庫作出總體規(guī)劃。
