酚醛樹脂反應(yīng)釜產(chǎn)品詳細信息:
1、酚醛聚酯反應(yīng)釜結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計技術(shù)*，夾套形式分為夾套型和外半管型，通過優(yōu)化設(shè)計，使反應(yīng)釜加熱和降溫速度更快捷，加熱均勻、高效，能耗少，安全性能高；
2、反應(yīng)釜軸的密封采用特殊衛(wèi)生級機械密封設(shè)計，也可采用填料密封和磁力密封，密封程度高.
3、酚醛聚酯反應(yīng)釜能夠承受120℃左右高溫滅菌消毒，工作溫度可達200℃，采用聚氨酯和巖棉作為保溫材料；并配備衛(wèi)生級壓力表；
4、反應(yīng)釜可采用蒸汽加熱、電加熱、導(dǎo)熱油等加熱方式，以滿足耐酸、耐堿、耐高溫、耐磨蝕、抗腐蝕等不同工作環(huán)境的工藝需求。

4. The reaction kettle can be heated by steam heating, electric heating or heat-conducting oil to meet the process requirements of different working environments such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.
