V型混合機由兩個不同或相同高度的V型殼體組成，通過機械傳動，使売體內的物料前后移動、交又旋轉、360度旋轉，最終達到均勻混合。采用手動進料和閉式蝶閥排出，避免粉塵外溢。

內外殼鏡面拋光，符合GMP標準。艙內沒有死角,物料不會積聚，內部可以加強制攪拌棒，混合高效，時間短，運行平穩(wěn)無噪音。混合均勻度可達99%，可與真空供料系統(tǒng)配合使用，形成無塵工作狀態(tài)。本機可配備定時裝置，可設定攪拌時間實現(xiàn)自動停機

V shape mixer consists of two V-shells of different or same altitudes, and through mechanica transmission. the materials in these shells are made to move back and forth. crossed over and rotate 360 degree to achieving ultimate uniform mixing.It adopts manual feed and closed disc valve discharge, which can avoid dust spilling.

Mirror polished of inner and outer shell to meet GMP standard. No blind anale in the V-shells no accumulation of materials, high speed -bar, efficient and short mixing time, Running steady without noise. Mixing uniformity can reach 99%. It can work with vacuum feeding system to create dust-free working condition. This machine can be equipped with a timing device, it can set mixing time to realize.
